Coffee with Exhibitors | $5,000
Everyone loves coffee and attendees can never get enough. Sponsor the coffee station in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday morning and make sure everyone is fully caffeinated for the day. Your logo will be prominently displayed at the coffee stations with signage as well as recognized on the Schedule of Events and in the Mobile App. Sponsor will be listed as Gold Level.
Café du Monde Cart | $5,000
Treat attendees to New Orleans’ iconic beignets and traditional King Cake with this memorable sponsorship opportunity. For sponsors with an exhibit booth, the beignet cart will be positioned as close to the booth as possible to maximize visibility and attendee engagement. For sponsors without a booth, the cart will be located near the coffee station in the exhibit hall during the Coffee with Exhibitors break.

Sponsor the networking luncheon ahead of the always-popular opening keynote program. Your company will be prominently featured and will get verbal recognition from CCA’s President & CEO during the session.

Sponsor the coffee grab-n-go between sessions and make sure everyone remains fully caffeinated for the day. Your logo will be prominently displayed at the coffee stations with signage as well as recognized on the Schedule of Events and in the Mobile App. Sponsor will be listed as Silver Level.
Exhibit Hall Happy Hour | $3,000 per sponsor
Sponsor drinks and snacks at the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour and all the carriers and event attendees will thank you! Your company name and logo will be prominently featured.

Happy Hour Signature Drink | $5,000

Exhibit Hall Lunch | $2,000 per sponsor
Attendees will have your company to thank for the delicious buffet spread as they walk the show floor. Your company name and logo will be prominently featured.

Toast to New Orleans (Sazerac or French 75) | $2,500
Close out the convention in style as attendees gather in the exhibit hall for prize drawings and final announcements. As the Toast to New Orleans Sponsor, you'll provide a memorable New Orleans-inspired sendoff with signature cocktails such as the Sazerac or French 75, along with a specialty New Orleans-themed mocktail option. Beverages will be served in the exhibit hall during the final hour of the convention, giving your brand prominent visibility as attendees celebrate and network one last time.

ADD - ON: POST-SHOW WEBINAR
Exclusively for CCA 2026 sponsors, add a post-show webinar to any CCA sponsorship. Webinars are a great opportunity to keep the conversation going and continue to share your products and ideas with people you met at CCA 2026. Webinars must be completed by December 31, 2026.
INVESTMENT: $1,500 for CCA members and $3,000 for non-members. (This is a great deal! Normal rates are $2,000 for CCA members and $5,000 for non-members.)
